Thanks Kirsty… we’re pretty enamored with her and glad that other people think she’s gorgeous too! Everything is very different but going very well. Hope you guys are good and enjoying Singapore!
What a darling little girl. I wish I could take a trip to China.
So, how is all going? Eating, sleeping? Did you get one of those angel babies that is super cooperative and already sleeps through the night, or is she giving you more trouble then that?
We wish you could come to China too! Maybe someday when the kids are older you’ll all be able to come visit us wherever we are then. Things are going well, but she certainly doesn’t sleep through the night yet. She sleeps from about 8pm to 3am waking up every couple of hours to eat. Then from 3am to 6am she decided she’s had enough of sleeping and forces someone to stay awake with her. Mom’s been amazing help during those times, but she’s leaving tomorrow. I’m sure everything will go fine but myself but I still wish she could stay longer!
I didn’t really expect her to be sleeping through the night. Just one of those annoying questions people ask.
The staying awake from 3-6 am is annoying, but hopefully it’s a stage that will end soon. Both my monsters did that at certain points, although I can’t remember how long it lasted. I don’t think for too long. I’ve blocked out alot of sleep related things.
I have a 6 o’clock rule that I still don’t have my kids completely convinced of. Prior to 6:00, it’s not morning yet. It’s still night time and if they wake up, must go back to sleep. See if Aria will go for that?
Glad to here things are going well. Sleep deprived, but you knew that would happen and it does get better. I hope you kept your house cleaner?

Thank you, we’re very happy and doing well. Sleep? Sometimes, but not for more than 3 hours in a row. I try to sleep when Aria sleeps but poor Ric has to go to work so he can’t do that… Still we’re thrilled with our little girl and learning to survive on less sleep!
